Polar Parts Co.was established in 1996 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Road Machinery & Supplies Co. (RMS). RMS recognized the need in its marketplace for a reseller of high quality used salvage parts. Offering used parts for brands supports resale value, while offering its customers 40-50% savings over new parts.

Polar Parts Co. is located at the RMS Corporate Headquarters Savage, MN location. Since its inception, it has been run by General Manager Ray Warmka. Ray has been part of the RMS family since 1972.
